How to Engage Voters on the Issues

Date:
Wednesday, April 26, 2017 - 6:30pm to 7:30pm
  • Long Island Action

Bryan Erwin is an alumnus of the Obama Administration, who is launching a 527 organization called Taking Action for Suffolk County to mobilize and educate voters to build a lasting, progressive, political infrastructure in Suffolk Co.

On April 26, Bryan will conduct a training for New York's 2nd District Democrats. He will challenge each of us to speak with 10 people in our networks who we think will be with us, and are also not habitual voters. He will train us to ask what issues are affecting them.

We will keep track of the info we learn, and then Bryan will provide the issue based infrastructure to engage with those voters and the issues that matter to them at a house party or community meeting at a later date.

Please join us to learn how to engage friends on this issues they care about most. We are laying the groundwork for a grassroots movement of voter education and engagement! Hope to see you Wednesday!
